Course Fees

The daily rate is £200 subject to special requirements (eg course content and location).

Additional services include Training Needs Analysis, Application Workshops and Consultancy sessions designed to meet company specific requirements. Please ask for a quote.

Cancellations or Postponements of Bookings

Bookings that are cancelled or postponed by e-mail, fax or in writing, 14 working days or more prior to the course date incur no charge.

Bookings that are cancelled or postponed by e-mail, fax or in writing less than 14 working days prior to the course date incur a 50% cancellation charge. Bookings that are cancelled or postponed by email, fax or in writing les than 7 working days will incur a 100% cancellation charge. Bookings made within 7 working days of the course date may not be cancelled or postponed without incurring a 100% cancellation charge.

Course delegates may be substituted at any time without penalty. Key Computer Skills should be informed of any changes, ideally in writing and in advance of the course.

Course Arrivals

We reserve the right to turn away any delegate who may arrive more than 15 minutes late.

Public Courses

Whilst Key Computer Skills endeavours to ensure delegates attending a scheduled course are of a similar ability, it is the clients' responsibility to determine that each course is the correct level for their delegates. If a delegate attends a course and doesn't meet the course pre-requistes, Key Computer Skills reserves the right to request that the delegate transfers onto a more appropriate course. If the Client has any questions regarding the delegate's suitability, it is their responsibility to contact Key Computer Skills for advice.

Key Computer Skills reserves the right to omit any topic(s) from the scheduled course outline where appropriate.

Tailored Courses

Key Computer Skills cannot guarantee to deliver tailored training unless Training Needs Analysis information has been received at least 4 working days before the start date of the course. In this instance Key Computer Skills reserves the right to deliver to our standard course outlines at the price agreed for the tailored course.

Provision of Service

Key Computers Skills reserves the right to cancel, postpone, alter or delay any booking should circumstances force such a decision to be taken.

Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is required no later than 30 days after the invoice date. Cheques should be made payable to Key Computer Skills.

Special Needs

It is the responsibility of the Client to advise the Company of delegates with special needs. Key Computer Skills cannot accept responsibility for such delegates unless it has stated in writing that is able to accommodate those needs.

Copyright

The copyright and all other intellectual property rights in all course materials shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Key Computer Skills or, in the case of a course developed by a another organisation, that organisation. The customer undertakes that it will not copy or permit the photocopying of course materials, nor disclose or permit the disclosure or sell or hire the same to third parties, nor use the same for running the customer’s own courses.
